How do i install the Ken skins in SF4?

I need some instructions, pleez. : )

Tremendous work on the SF4 mods... I think you're just about the only person who's doing anything worthwhile with the newfound modding capabilities, and you're doing a damn fine job of it too. The simple colour edits are far more appealing than 90% of what's out there and your original designs are great in concept as well as execution. I've actually been planning on creating similar skin packs for various characters in SF4, I just hope I can do half as good a job as you have.
